Where are these "Oris" watches coming from?

I noticed Etsy has vast quantities of cheap hand wind watches, mostly branded Oris.

They just look wrong for Oris and the price isn't correct for a Swiss original, even pin-pallet.
I just can't figure out if they're originally Indian (HMT seems the most likely base), Chinese (Standard) or Russian and also who's gone to the trouble of making such bad fakes.
They mostly have Oris stamped case backs and some signed crowns. Given they're changing so much, it's hard to know why they don't use dials and hands that are appropriate.

Does anyone have any background or has bought one for a tear down?

The company claim that the movements are original 1970s Swiss vintage movements, professionally restored, cleaned, polished, serviced, oiled and ready to use. However, they also confirm that the cases, dials and hands are what they describe as ‘aftermarket’! So they have obviously found a pile of old movements and dressed them up as Oris. Poor under-rated Oris would not be happy about these gawdy representations. I’m sure that you will all be delighted to know that the Indian company also tell us they come from a pet and smoke-free home!!
