Gentlemen, where can I find a 3646 case with either screwed wire lugs or the one with spring bars in between? For Unitas/ETA 649X. I know that there are 47mm and 45mm cases, but I would like a 42mm if possible.
Also seeking a dial and hands like the one in the picture.

You can write them in english. Either they can understand or they use a translator.

Would that case accomodate a 6497/8? At 42mm it seems unlikely.
