Vintage lume powder

Where is the best place to buy vintage luminescent powder from?
I have used
moonmin_steph94 on eBay for powder, and used water based acrylic mat varnish as the medium.
Also used AliExpress lume kits and added artist's water colours to tone them as desired with the varnish as the medium.
