No, I tried swapping the open case back for another Ali one I had in my parts bin but didn't work. Did not try with the bezel though but many of these Ali cases have not been 100% compatible with each other in my experience.

For those wondering I tried out one of those 42 mm submersible cases. Pretty nice imho, good shape, good crown guard, nice blue AR crystal, tight bezel. I bought a couple more just in case...

Got it on Ali, rdunae brand. At about 30 euro it was not cheap for a rubber strap but surely one of the best quality ones I have seen.

Thanks for the feedback, I saw that case and thought it wasn't too shabby, speaking for the grey one. The one with black shroud, not so much. Which one did you get? Do you have a pic you can share?
