Thanks for the feedback, I saw that case and thought it wasn't too shabby, speaking for the grey one. The one with black shroud, not so much. Which one did you get? Do you have a pic you can share?

Thought I’d take a punt with these AliExpress cases, they’re pretty solid quality. I greased the seals and wore it all day yesterday in the pool with no issues, so the wr is definitely an added bonus. Good stuff.

Come to think about it, they don't have a Submersible with a California dial (yet).

I think that’s the next mod this build will need, a submersible style insert
