Yeah,the other way of saying it's F.U.B.A.R.,maybe.I just managed to get the broken stem out and wound it with a new one.It does wind,but the balance doesn't move.It does move when blown upon,but stops right after.The balance staff could be kaput.

That's interesting,I didn't know Angelus movs. were being produced in the 70s as well.Beautiful NOS looking movement you have there,sir
