Jubilee Bracelet End Links for Daytona 116508

Hi all,

I want to put a genuine gold Jubilee (from a 126718GRNR) on my gold Daytona 116508. Lug width matches at 20mm, but the GMT end links don't sit right on the Daytona case, so I'd need custom end links machined in solid 18k. Figured if anyone would know, it's the mad scientists around these parts.

Two questions:

Who can machine custom gold end links at this level?
Will the clasp from my gold Oyster fit the Jubilee, or do I need the bracelet complete?
