About the bezel winding performance, might want to ask @leeyewfei.

Re: Old idea, new build.
Test fitting step 1....BOOM! It fits, at least almost, a few more hundreds of mm off the winding and setting knobs and it will clear the crystal.
I don't think it is worth involving P****** in this, so I will use a neutral case back ring or one where it says ANGELUS SF240 MOVEMENT, now where the hell is that? I guess I have too many parts and too many places where I can place these things..

Test fitting step 2, some other case ingredients and crystal...
Cleaning up the winding and setting knobs, I want shiny brass under the crystal.
I think I will remove the ultra high cannon pinion and hour wheel, go low and use a thin dial. Why not, after all this is a crazy build and I was thinking of a Cali from Southy/Dow....or not, perhaps something saying Angelus, I think I have such a dial somewhere - better yet.Cleaning up the winding and setting knobs, I want shiny brass under the crystal.

Oh!
Is the key winding lever going to be under the crystal in the back? I'm amazed that there will be clearance for that. I was under the impression that a hole would be cut for it so you could access it for winding. (Hense my cheeky question about water resistance).

Re: Old idea, new build.
I lowered the winding and setting arbors and also lowered the collars of the knobs, so they will be in there all the time, I think that it looks better that way.
Holes were never my option, at least nothing else than a thought for a few seconds.
