Dive watch with a Tachometer? Explain this to me

Can somebody explain this to me in case I’m missing something. I love this case, I am going to buy it regardless of my confusion as I’ll be making a custom dial for it. However, the seller is promoting this case as being similar to the likes of Jenny, Eisenhardt, J. Monnat, Aquadive, Philip Watch, Karibik, Discosub, Doxa and he’s not wrong. This clearly is a dive watch case.

So why the ‘Tachymeter’ on the bezel. I feel like it would be ridiculous to put a dive dial in this case.

Yes the tach is to determine speed and is almost always and only found on watches with racing style chrono watches. It allows you to determine how fast a car is travelling.

This is why I am confused.

theres another brand LTM which i believe is from the same maker but different bezel design.
