Could you please give more details?
This is an odd one.

From research, This started off as a 200M orient diver with a plastic/resin outer case. The outer case was disintegrated/broken leaving only the inner stainless case when I bought it.

I loved the vibe of the case. The insides was worthless except for the hands, the front glass missing. I popped in a plexi, dropped in a homeless NH35 motor and a military dial I had laying around. Fortunately everything aligned.

This case is 35mm but it wears like a 37-38 because of the thickness and 50mm lug to lug measurement. I think it would be perfect if it were scaled up proportionally to 37mm. It has this funky vintage adventure watch vibe about it.
Nicely modded Tan! The case carry a unique style and the newly made dial just match nicely!

Btw, is the canvas strap come with the case or you have it modded and added later on?

The strap is similar to this... I’ve had it for years, just aged it a little and that was it.

It's been a tedious process. Maybe I've postponed it for too long Image

I got the watch from Silix 8 years ago.

First thing I did was ageing the hands and case.

I ordered a strap from Mr button (aka MM) and he decided that "some cuts would make it look cool" without consulting with me first. Image

I planned to change the dial and crystal.

The dial was custom made by Athaya but unfortunately the seconds sub dial spacing was not correct and the engravings were too narrow and shallow. So that was strike one.

While mounting the dial to test it I broke both stock dial feet and the seconds hand tube. Strike two.

The solid thick Plexi was handmade by me using the Dremel trick but it looked a bit asymmetric. Strike three.

After some time passed I decided to start from scratch:

- Got a Plexi from kp0y with perfect fitting and almost no distortion.

- Recently ordered a correct dial from Belkin12.

- Fixed the seconds hand with some tricks I have learned along the way Image

I only need to mod the lume pip with some UV resin and polish the Plexi.

I'm a happy camper Image
