Question for the Italians

Post by jrlmsla »

Hey all you native speakers. I have a label that I have made for a box I’m making. I have used google translate which is notoriously inaccurate but it’s all I have. Could you look at this image and make sure it makes grammatical sense?
Specifically it should say:

Handmade specifically for
S. Adrian
In the style of
GPF
Prototype mini 6152 white

Thanks

Replace ‘POR’ with ‘PER’

And ‘Stagno’ with ‘impermeabile’

Otherwise I think you’re good

Could you check this gen reference?

Maybe they used a weird word for describing a watch: stagno?

https://mega.nz/file/AREVQCgJ#1SU6OxUc3 ... mHtONqv5N4

I might be able to find the other gen reference front label... I will check it later on

Thanks, I simply saved the reference from the old forum.

Could you check the picture I have posted on my previous message? Apparently Panerai used the word stagno to describe the watch.

To an Italian it sounds weird? Maybe they used Google translate too Image

It’s not really that it sounds weird, basically it means “water, 30 atm”.
