Been off HF for a bit but still enjoy seeing all your builds.
I’ve been diving back into my Benrus military watches and got a few more. My first was in 2014 that was my first “fancy” non homage watch. I spent $800 on the watch and the crystal I had to hand polish with diamond paste different grades until you could see through it. That was a Type II CLASS A. A year and a half later I got a Type I Class A for $1650!
I had chased after the Type II Class B that doesn’t have lume and is meant for nuclear warships and submarines since then and missed several over the years. Finally this month I got one.
So glad to complete the set.



It probably deserves its own thread.
