I had a speedy moonwatch for a week and had to have it changed for a rolex datejust of course having to top up the price a bit. Fortunately, datejust is a keeper, though it stopped for a long while and the service asks for a 2 grand to overhaul it, so it's in the safe case broken but still mine. Wanna pass it to son

Thanks Yoda. I know you'd do first class work. I think something is broken inside and I don't dare to open as I do with my other watches. So, I think it will be more than just plain servicing and will need have some parts changed. That would be expensive I'm afraid.
