Mille Metri question

Post by Yoda »

Hey guys,

What movement was the Mille Metri equipped with originally?

I have seen auctions where the movement was a 2770 or a 2780, but I believe it was a 2789-1.

Enlighten me, please!

Oh, do you plan to get a Mille Metri Yoda ?

It came with a 2770 movement:

Yes.

I have a plexi, thanks Emilio!

I think that I will have to buy a movement, I could not live with an incorrect movement in there, even if no one will ever see it. I know and I need the right stuff.

Blasted SS case and rubber strap secured.

I didn’t know it came with this 2770!

If you find two please let me purchase the other :)

Also I suppose I should find a plexi. I was never sure what it came with.

yep eta 2770 was original movement (confirmed by man himself)

gen dials were made for this movement also

have 2 builds, both have gen dials with this movement- working great

no mods needed whatsoever to either esdee or river case sets. 2770 also takes eta 2824 hands etc.
