Actually quite a good looking watch IMO.... priceiMO is a bit steep for a Miyota.... and I’m not a fan of the case back.

Re: Baltic Aquascaphe
Nice 60's inspired dive design...tempting but as some of the lesser known brands are still quite affordable think I'd rather wear an original classic.

Re: Baltic Aquascaphe
I have my eyes for a while on this brand. They seem to aim at producing good quality 'assembled in France' pieces that explain the steep prices; they also made a good looking handwound bicompax that is 3 times more expensive than the seagull1963 while having the same movement (movements are checked an regulated in France though). The designs are nice but for the price (or a little bit higher) you can get much better IMHO (the YEMA superman heritage for instance; more expensive but with a nicer movement...)

Re: Baltic Aquascaphe
Very nice looking watch indeed but I agree with Tanukjaju about the case back - it's not that nice - I actually think it looks cheap.
IMHO the price is way too high. Consider that Steinhart can assemble a watch (with a Swiss movement) in Switzerland for half the price! But that probably won't stop it from being a best seller
as it is very pretty.

These are gorgeous, I was going to grab it on pre-sale but I agree on with you on price and couldn't pull the trigger.

This model is very nice but as a good fan of Crepas I would go before for the new model of the brand, the Plogeur. It is very similar aesthetically and the silver dial almost makes me fall.

Some pics please. I just looked it up and it looks stunning. Price seems reasonable too considering specs.Chris13600 wrote: ↑March 4th, 2019, 11:10 amMK_FR91 wrote: ↑March 4th, 2019, 3:28 am I have my eyes for a while on this brand.
